MOKA is looking for a positive, customer-focused leader to join our team as an Assistant General Manager at one of our Madison-area drive-thru coffee shops.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead shifts and support daily operations


• Train, coach, and motivate your team


• Deliver fast, friendly service and top-quality drinks


• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store


• Support the GM with staffing, inventory, and performance goals

What You Bring:

• 6+ months of leadership experience


• 1+ year in food, beverage, or coffee service


• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills


• A hands-on, team-first mindset
