MOKA - General Manager - Madison, WI

MOKA is hiring a leader who is passionate about crafting amazing coffee and making meaningful connections with each customer.

Qualified applicants have management experience in the food and beverage service or coffee industry.  Managers lead the team through our key business hours of the day, Monday- Friday.  You may support the opening, evening, or weekend crew as leadership for the business is needed. Our store managers maintain company standards, culture, drink quality, and speed of service.

Responsibilities include:

• Making sure your team members consistently deliver a great customer experience


• Hire, train, and retain qualified team members
  


• Schedule team members to meet customer demands of different day parts


• Ensure team members are recognized and motivated throughout each shift 


• Making sure team members are trained on drink quality and consistency 


• Responsible for managing Labor and COGS budget for the location 


• Demonstrate and reinforce MOKA’s mission statement, policies, and core values


• Uphold's sanitation practices and procedures regulated by the local Health Department and MOKA


• Timely and accurate reporting of daily accounting, employee communication, and product inventory, among other Admin duties 

This is a full-time / salaried position 45hrs a week. General Managers report to the Operations Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50K - $65K W/  Quarterly Bonuses
