Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team. This part-time position requires availability from Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM, with an estimated weekly commitment of 24-30 hours. The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation and packing, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and efficiently sorting and organizing products.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and packing of items following established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring proper storage and rotation of products.
- Support the kitchen team in adhering to food safety standards and guidelines.
- Assist with the receiving and inspection of deliveries.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and orderly working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Display a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility to work 24-34 hours per week as scheduled.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift moderate loads when necessary.
