  Beal Properties is seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Mold remediation Technicians.

Job Description

Restoration Field work that includes content manipulation, demolition/removal of wet and moldy building materials as needed, setting up drying equipment, application of sanitizing chemicals, cleaning up the jobsite. 

Qualifications for Consideration of Position

IICRC WRT or higher certifications preferred but not required, we can train the right candidate and certification can follow.

Must be willing to work in a fast paced ever changing day to day operation. Hours of operation Monday through Friday 8am – 5:30 pm. Some jobs require the use of a respirator or work in tight spaces with wet building materials.  Job duties require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and pass a respirator fit test. Must have a valid driver’s license.
