Molding Utility Technician

Patriot Foundry, a prominent and expanding manufacturing firm, is on the hunt for a skilled Floor Production Associate to become a key member of our team in Franklin, NH The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling the foundry’s sand supply and preparing sand molds for pouring.

The position offers a competitive wage of $20/hr - $22/hr, influenced by experience. Additionally, a bonus incentive is in place, contingent upon objective performance metrics.

Patriot Foundry operates on a 4/10 schedule, Monday - Thursday. 

Day in the Life:

As a Floor Production Associate, your primary responsibilities will entail:

· Transport, prepare, and control molding sand for further processing using a bucket loader, muller, and conveyor system.

· Carefully prepare assembled sand molds using weights and jackets. Employ conveyor system and forklift to transport them for pouring.

· Remove, screen, and reclaim sand from poured molds using hand tools and bucket loader.

· Palletize and transport castings using forklift for further processing stations on site.

Requirements:

· Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30+ pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods of time.

· Strong communication skills.

· Demonstrates adaptability and a keen attention to detail.

· U.S. citizenship or documented residency

· Be 18+ years old
