This position is responsible for Monitoring the progression of our equipment on site, Moisture Checking, Inputting Dry Logs into our Project Management System, Warehouse Management, Equipment Management, and Vehicle Inventory Management.

In this position, the right candidate will be driving from job site to job site while exemplifying professionalism in order to be a great representation of Dreyer's. This position will make sure the job is making proper progress and will communicate with the PM and the Lead Tech if additional work is needed.

Work Schedule: 

• This position works Wednesday to Sunday between 8AM - 4PM.


• Monday and Tuesday will be off. 

The Person:

For our Monitor role we are looking for someone who enjoys working in all different types of situations. Someone who has a passion for helping people get their life back to normal after going through a significant situation with their home or business! We are also looking for someone who is professional, clean cut, organized, and has good customer service skills. Below is a list of the experience and skill sets that we look for in this role.

• Ability to represent Dreyer's DKI positively and professionally with customers and the community


• Previous restoration or construction industry experience preferred, but not necessarily required
  

Essential Functions:

• Must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record
  


• Must be able to life anywhere between 30 - 60 pounds worth of equipment regularly 


• Moves customer contents from work areas as necessary


• Attention to detail


• Monitors equipment


• Enters information into our job management system


• Must be punctual 


• Follows established safety guidelines and protocol
