Hours: School Day (8:00 AM to 3:30 PM) or Full Day (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

What You Will Do:

• Lead a classroom of 18 children with the support of two assistants, fostering collaboration and consistency


• Create and maintain a calm and engaging classroom that reflects authentic Montessori principles


• Comfortably support diapering and toilet learning as part of each child’s natural development


• Observe and guide individual growth with patience, understanding, and kindness


• Build strong partnerships with families through clear and respectful communication


• Collaborate with assistants and fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive school community


• Foster independence, respect, and a joyful love of learning in the children you guide

What We Are Looking For:

• 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units required


• Experience working with children ages 2 to 6, with familiarity with the 2 to 3 age group especially valued


• Experience leading a classroom and mentoring assistants preferred


• Montessori training or enthusiasm to deepen understanding of the Montessori method


• Comfortable supporting diapering and toilet learning


• Warm, collaborative, and organized teaching style


• Commitment to respect, inclusivity, and consistency in practice
