Karter Schools, multi-year award winner of Best Preschool, is seeking warm, passionate, and experienced Montessori Toddler Teachers to join our growing team in South Riding.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a toddler classroom using Montessori materials and philosophy


• Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment


• Observe, document, and support each child’s growth and interests


• Collaborate with a team of educators and families to ensure consistency and care

What We’re Looking For:

• Montessori certification (AMI/AMS or MACTE-accredited) preferred


• Minimum 1 year of toddler teaching experience


• Passion for early childhood education and child-led learning


• Strong classroom management and communication skills
