Mopar Certified Technician

Description of the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mopar Certified Technician to join our team at Rocky Mount CDJR. As a Mopar Certified Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive maintenance and repair tasks, specializing in Mopar vehicles. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, technical expertise, and a strong passion for providing high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and repairing Mopar vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, and computer systems


• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections


• Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and providing accurate and detailed reports


• Collaborating with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs


• Keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and Mopar service procedures

Requirements:

• Mopar certification with a proven track record of expertise in Mopar vehicles


• Strong technical and diagnostic skills


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities


• Good communication and customer service skills


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
