If you need an hour and two coffees before you can talk to anyone... this isn't for you.
But if you like being first in the door, getting the store ready, and greeting the regulars who stop in every morning on the way to work or the gym, keep reading.
What you'll actually do here
- Open the store: in at 6:30 on weekdays, line set and ready before the first guest
- Make every guest feel welcome, remembered, and taken care of
- Help guests find the right smoothie for their goals, and offer food to go with it
- Coach your crew in the moment so every guest gets that same experience
- Call the shots on labor and breaks, and keep the store stocked
- Lead the weekly inventory count
- Hand off a clean, stocked store to the afternoon lead
We're looking for people who:
- Love people and light up when they get to make someone's day
- Have shift leader, key holder, or supervisor experience in food service (required)
- Are steady early: on time at 6:30, every time
- Lead by example, bringing the energy even when it's slow
- Are 18+, available mornings including weekends, with reliable transportation, and authorized to work in the U.S.
This is a mornings-only role. Our openers wrap up around 1 PM and don't close.
Pay & Perks
- $17/hr guaranteed. $12.50 base plus tips, and if that comes in under $17 for the pay period, we make up the difference. Keep your training current and hit our guest service standards, and the $17 is yours.
