Morning Teacher – Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dependable Morning Teacher to join our early childhood education team! The ideal candidate is nurturing, organized, and ready to start each day with energy and enthusiasm to support our young learners.
Position: Morning Teacher
Hours: [ 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday]
Location: Houston, 77070
Responsibilities:
- Greet children and families warmly to start the day.
- Lead or assist in implementing age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
- Supervise and support children during morning routines, snack, and transitions.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to support classroom needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide daily updates as needed.
- Follow all licensing and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience in early childhood education preferred.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass background checks as required by state licensing.
- Dependable, enthusiastic, and a team player.
