Morning Team Member

Our company is looking for a skilled and friendly Morning Team Member ready to work with our customers. As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for getting customers checked out and making sure they have had a pleasant experience. You’ll also be responsible for opening the store, making dough, and cleaning regularly.

• Greet customers and provide them with friendly and helpful service


• Operate cash registers, scales, and other electronics needed


• Answer customer questions and assist as needed


• Resolve complaints


• Make 2-3 batches of dough every shift


• Maintain a neat and tidy workspace

• Previous experience working in a customer service position


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Basic math skills, including the ability to make change


• Positive and friendly attitude


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong accountability and work ethic
