POSITION PROFILE

We are seeking driven Mortgage Professionals at all levels—from entry-level Mortgage Associates to experienced Senior Loan Officers and Sales Leaders—to join our growing team. At Pinnacle Mortgage Corp., you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their homeownership and financial goals while contributing to our continued market growth.

Whether you’re:

• Launching your career in mortgage lending and eager to learn,


• Building your book of business as an experienced originator, or


• Leading a team and shaping sales strategy as a sales manager or branch leader,

RESPONSIBILITIES

For All Mortgage Professionals:

• Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives and guide them through the mortgage process with professionalism and care.


• Review and assess client financial profiles to determine eligibility and recommend suitable loan products.


• Clearly explain loan programs, terms, and rates to help clients make informed decisions.


• Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure smooth and timely transactions.


• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all compliance requirements.


• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.

Additional for Sales Leaders:

• Mentor, and coach mortgage originators to meet production and service goals.


• Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.


• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry changes to maintain a competitive edge.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Mortgage lending or related sales experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong customer service or sales skills will be considered).


• Proven production track record for experienced originators; prior team leadership preferred for leadership roles.


• Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending practices, and compliance (or the ability to learn quickly).


• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.


• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.


• NMLS licensing required for all origination roles
