As our loan volume continues to grow, we are seeking a Mortgage Closer to join our team and ensure a smooth, accurate, and timely closing process for our clients.

Position Overview
The Mortgage Closer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing closing documents for residential mortgage loans. This role requires a strong attention to detail, an understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines, and the ability to collaborate effectively with processors, underwriters, loan officers, and title companies.

Key Responsibilities

Review approved loan files to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to closing.
Prepare and generate closing documents, including Closing Disclosures and settlement statements.
Communicate with loan officers, processors, title companies, and borrowers to coordinate closing logistics.
Verify fees, payoffs, and disbursement amounts for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with RESPA, TRID, and all other federal/state regulations.
Resolve last-minute issues quickly and professionally to avoid delays.
Deliver exceptional client service by keeping all parties informed throughout the closing process.
Maintain accurate records of closed loan files in company systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage closing, funding, or related role.
Strong knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and other compliance regulations.
Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS) and closing software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the broker channel preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, on-site position (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM).
