Mortgage Lending Closer

Provides comprehensive support to mortgage department staff in all matters related to the closing and funding of mortgage loans.   As a Mortgage Lending professional, the Closer/Funder is responsible for the preparation of closing instructions and performing company procedures required to close and fund residential mortgage loans in accordance with company and investor policies and requirements.  An ideal candidate performs complex administrative duties, sends closing instructions in a timely manner, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.  Further, the position requires the ability to communicate with other team members in a manner that enhances the Member experience as well as promotes positive and healthy morale.
