Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support throughout the loan lifecycle
Assist with document collection, review, and follow-up
Maintain accurate records through scanning, filing, and data entry
Support internal teams with processing and tracking of applications
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient workflows
Assist with preparing materials and communications for clients and internal stakeholders
