What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create Your Own Path to Success: Build, manage, and grow a dynamic pipeline of prospective borrowers, putting your stamp on each client’s journey toward homeownership.
• Craft Tailored Loan Solutions: With a deep understanding of client needs, recommend customized loan solutions that align with their goals, always staying on top of current industry guidelines.
• Master Loan Structuring: Dive into customer financials and structure deals that benefit both the borrower and the business, ensuring the perfect fit every time.
• Drive New Business: Actively generate new sales through outbound calls, networking, and referrals. Your energy, drive, and connections are key to your success.
• Collaborate for Seamless Closings: Partner with our internal teams (Processors, Underwriters, Team Leads) to ensure timely and hassle-free closings.
• Stay Compliant & On Point: Handle all loan files with the utmost attention to compliance, ensuring everything meets both industry regulations and our internal policies.
• Foster Team Growth: Share insights, best practices, and strategies to help elevate our entire team, as we work toward shared success.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds an Active NMLS License
• Has a Proven Track Record of success in mortgage sales or as a Loan Officer, demonstrating a drive to surpass sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
• Is a Top Communicator: You’re skilled in negotiation, building rapport, and delivering complex information clearly and confidently.
• Is Self-Driven: You excel when working independently, but also thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Your entrepreneurial mindset is key to your success.
• Has Knowledge of Wholesale Lending processes and systems (or is eager to learn!).
• Approaches every client with a Client Centered Mindset, prioritizing their best interests while delivering high-quality service.
