Successful candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned pipeline of mortgage loans following underwriting review, taking ownership of the loan fulfillment process from underwriting decision through final approval. Act as a trusted advisor to borrowers and business partners by interpreting underwriting requirements, providing guidance throughout the mortgage process, and proactively identifying solutions to overcome obstacles. Demonstrate leadership by coordinating all parties, driving loan progress, maintaining accountability for outstanding requirements, and ensuring loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and within established service standards. Deliver an exceptional borrower experience while maintaining loan quality, compliance, and operational excellence. 

Ideal candidate will have at least two years experience as a loan processor or relevant work experience. Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills and accuracy required.  Must be customer satisfaction oriented. Knowledge of mortgage software and an understanding of state and federal loan regulations is preferred.  The ability to independently manage a high-volume pipeline while meeting deadlines and service expectations.  

This is a hybrid remote work position.  Required to work in the Albany, NY office one day a week.
