Our client is a Fortune 500 Financial Services Company and they are hiring a Mortgage Loan Processor to join their team in Glen Allen. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing new loan applications, ensuring all necessary forms and documentation are provided by borrowers. This role requires a deep understanding of mortgage banking procedures, FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and state and federal lending regulations. If you have at least 5 years of experience and are well versed in InterLink E3 then this is the role for you.

salary: $20 - $20.71 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Loan Processor, Job Duties include:

Prepare and distribute all necessary regulatory compliance disclosures for single-family 1-4 properties.

Collaborate within a team environment to gather outstanding conditions, analyze files, and prepare documents for closing.

Provide support to Residential Lending Officers, underwriting, documentation, and closing departments.

Assist supervisors and underwriting teams in pipeline planning to ensure efficient workflow.

Skills:

5+ years of loan processing experience in a mortgage banking company institution working with FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

5 + years of experience with state and federal lending regulations (e.g., Respa, Reg Z, Ecoa, State Fair Lending).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with Bank personnel, customers, and external agencies.

Proficiency in industry-standard mortgage software, preferably InterLink E3, and Microsoft Word.

Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
