Job Description - Mortgage Loan Production Partner

Position Overview: originator
The primary goal of the Mortgage Loan Production Partner position is to work closely with the loan originator to provide an elevated experience to the customer and referral partners. Maintain a growth mindset help grow the loan officer’s production and referral base. Everyday working towards building and improving processes. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assists loan originator(s) in managing customer pipeline in a timely and efficient manner
Help schedule appointments with potential customers for the loan originator(s)
Interacts and interfaces, in a support capacity, with all parties involved in each individual loan transaction from application to closing
Maintains a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to understanding the limitations as an unlicensed loan originator assistant
Maintaining database (CRM), setting task reminders, following up with clients before, during and after the loan process.
Help set up, promote, create and attend marketing events
Open new loan files and work with clients on gathering necessary documents to submit the loan to processing
Maintain and update social media marketing
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
An ability to quickly assess and process large amounts of information and must be able to use designated technology
Must continue to expand knowledge of issues influencing the industry and the organization
Must be organized and detail-oriented and possess ability to prioritize workload based on loan volume
Previous experience working in mortgage or banking related field
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
