Mortgage Loan Receiver

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Loan Receiver to join our team of professionals.  You are required to work in the office full-time. This is not a remote position.

Lenderworks’ mortgage services platform encompasses the areas of Capital Markets, Compliance and Risk Management, Finance and Accounting, Post Production, Information Technology, Information Security, Solutions Development and Mortgage Technology.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Retrieves, opens, and sorts overnight packages
• Reviews and addresses any issues with the mortgage documents
• Scans documents received with signed closing package into the LOS imaging system
• Files away all documents in their prospective areas
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Three to six months office experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook preferred, but not required
• Works well independently as well as part of a team
• Multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in high intensity situations

Physical Demands – required to regularly sit, type, view computer screen, hear, reach with hands and arms. Required to occasionally stand, walk, and lift up to 25lb. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
