Mortgage Operations Manager/Loan Tech

Basic Function:

Under the direct supervision of the VP – Real Estate & Consumer Lending, the Mortgage Operations Manager / Loan Tech will be responsible for the review of all residential loan files, sufficient to ensure compliance with all regulations, loan policy and pre-closing quality control requirements of all investors. Provide assistance to loan administration staff as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Perform pre-closing review of all residential loan files (both underwriting and closing documentation).

· Review and determine approval/denial for all residential loan exceptions, consulting with Management as needed.

· Perform review of appraisals for residential loans.

· Perform full range of duties pertaining to the loan processing/servicing function.

· Strictly adhere to all bank policies and procedures.

· Prioritize customers' needs and wants.

· Provide impeccable customer service.

· Communicate professionally with all customers and coworkers.

Qualifications and Skills:

· High School diploma or GED required

· Prior banking experience in lending operations

· Relevant Computer Skills

· Ability to listen and communicate to identify customer needs

· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

· Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
