Job Description - Mortgage Servicing: Systems Admin & Reporting Specialist


Mtg. Servicing System Admin/Reporting Specialist.
Key point of contact for all loan software programs dedicated to the Mortgage Servicing team and vendor relationships. Primary security administration responsibilities for all systems, vendors, and portal access needs of the growing Servicing team. Actively working with, communicating to, and ensuring regular coordination with IT. Key data point of contact for Servicing leadership and Credit Union partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and PERCENT OF TIME SPENT:  
  • Design, develop, and publish dashboards and reports tailored for internal department and client needs.
  • Set up, scheduling, and distribution of canned reports in MSP, the system of record
  • Establish naming conventions and standardization/retention protocols for ease of team use and retention.
  • Ad hoc reporting requests of Credit Union partners, Regulators, and Investors.
  • Establish ticketing system to assist in the administration of reporting requests.
  • Monitor system of record fixes/enhancements for coordination with team members, procedure updates, and needed client communication.
  • Primary Access security administrator for all servicing-related systems, vendors, and portals 
  • Oversight of the vendor relationship responsible for the bursting and distribution of canned client system reports.
  • Oversight of the vendor relationship responsible for QC Oversight of the Servicing function. Ensuring timely delivery of transaction files to ensure testing as required by agency guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with partner Credit Unions to provide status updates and requested reporting.
  • Administers testing and rollout of upgrades and releases prior to uploading to production.
  • Continuously seek process improvement, including streamlining and automating of manual processes
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Prior MSP experience is a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
EXPERIENCE: 
    • Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
    • 3 to 5 years of mortgage Servicing experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
Work Environment: In-office with the possibility of hybrid remote.
