Accountabilities
- Proactively sell and promote mortgage solutions based on understanding client needs and goals.
- Develop a consumer client base to facilitate the direct sale of lending solutions.
- Ensure efficient and flawless delivery to the client and direct business to the appropriate servicing unit.
- Gather field feedback to improve existing products and identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to enhance advisor interest in debt management solutions.
Requirements
- Proven track record of high performance in a busy sales environment.
- Experience in a cold call sales setting.
- High energy and self-motivation with a positive attitude.
- 3-5 years of solid underwriting experience with residential mortgages.
- 5 or more years of experience in financial services or sales/service capacity.
