The MOS Implementation Leader is a Leadership Level 6 (LL6) site-based role responsible for driving full deployment and sustainment of the Global Maintenance Operating System (GMOS) across an entire assembly plant, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. The MOS Implementation Leader also owns the training and capability plan for both salaried reliability engineers and hourly skilled trades, ensuring the workforce has the skills required to sustain the transformation long after initial deployment.
