Job Description - Motor Control Technician

Build your technical foundation through hands-on work in industrial motor control and automation. We’re seeking a Motor Control Technician to support the build, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial motor control and automation systems, including VFD-based solutions. This role is designed for candidates with an Associate’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience who want to build a long-term technical career through hands-on work, mentorship, and exposure to real industrial systems.

Headquartered in Monroeville, PA, Premier Automation designs and manufactures advanced motor control, VFD, and integrated automation systems for industrial customers worldwide. You’ll work closely with engineers from panel build through field commissioning, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of industrial control systems. We value practical skills, curiosity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
