Motor Rewinder Journeymen (IV)

Position Summary:

Talent Source is hiring experienced Motor Rewinder Journeymen (I–V) for rewinding, testing, and repairing AC/DC electric motors, generators, rotors, transformers, and related components.

Job Duties:

• 
  

  Rewind and repair AC/DC motors, generators, rotors, armatures, and transformers.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform electrical testing including core loss, hi-pot, phase balance, meg-ohm, and rotational direction.

  
  


• 
  

  Document pre- and post-test data accurately.

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot and verify motor performance to meet quality standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  1+ year of motor rewinding or electro-mechanical repair experience (or equivalent technical training/certification).

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently without supervision.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of motor testing procedures and use of electrical testing tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Eligible for access to U.S. government or military sites (must pass background check and present valid government-issued ID, REAL ID-compliant or U.S. passport).

  
  

Pay Range: $25.37–$45.46/hour (based on experience)
