The ability and proficiency in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing military and civilian wheeled vehicle equipment. Familiar with using Army Electronic Technical Manuals for equipment. Experience for the Ground Support Mechanic is ability and proficiency in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing military and civilian ground support equipment and wheeled vehicle equipment. Contractor must be proficient in management of personnel and use of electronic technical manuals for Military equipment.
