Essential Job Functions:
• Help Customers select and purchase a motorcycle that meets their needs.
• Explain and demonstrate features on test rides.
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Prospect to generate a stream of new customers through a CRM program.
• Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to meet and exceed dealership sales targets.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Harley-Davidson products and stay informed about industry trends. Education Required:
• High school diploma or GED at minimum. Training, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience
• Communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to get along with broad customer base.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Ability to stay focused with tasks with minimal supervision.
• Current driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement. Driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier. Requirements:
• Ability to operate two wheeled vehicles at GVWR of 1360LBS.
• Strong communications and presentation skills.
• Career-minded individuals who aspire for future management growth within the company. Supervisory Responsibility:
• No Supervisory Responsibilities.

Organizational Structure:
• This position reports directly to the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager.
• This position reports indirectly to the General Manager and General Sales Manager.
