As a Fit Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and exciting atmosphere with a group of passionate individuals who share your love for motorcycles. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the perfect Harley Davidson motorcycle that fits their needs and preferences.

Compensation:  Earn a base salary plus commission, with a total earning potential of $85,000–$95,000. High-performing sales professionals have the opportunity to exceed six figures based on sales performance. 

Duties for Success Include:

• Having exceptional customer service from the time a customer enters to when they leave


• A strong background in sales


• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)


• Create new and used sales quotas to exceed regularly


• Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales


• Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process


• Keeping the CRM System updated


• Maintaining a clean, appealing showroom floor


• Sell and have a genuine passion for the Harley-Davidson brand


• Previous experience in the automotive or powersports industry (preferred but not required)
