Position Summary

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnostics, adjustments, repairs, and potential overhauls of motorcycles at our dealership.  A high aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail will make you successful in this position. Essentially a Harley-Davidson Master Level Technician with proven motorcycle service experience is needed, but we are open to all motorcycle tech applicants. 

*Current motorcycle license and completion of an authorized training program or equivalent technician work experience is required*

Duties Include:

• Provide prompt, dependable, high-quality service to our customers per factory specifications


• Complete the allotted repair work within the scheduled time


• Identify additional issues and determine the best course of action to present to customers


• Maintain productivity and time spent working on jobs 


• Work with service advisors to find solutions and accept work assignments, as well as providing service status updates


• Proper completion and filing of paperwork
