Simply Ride (fka Simply Street Bikes) is seeking an experienced Powersports Service Technician / Mechanic.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for completing necessary repairs on customer and internal motorcycles and ATVs, SxS, performing test rides, and keeping detailed notes for repair orders.
This is a great position to expand your experience as a seasoned A or strong B tech! You will have the ability to grow in the role and department, or cross-departmentally, and the potential to progress and move up in the company.
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
· Completing necessary or requested repairs to guests’ motorcycles
· Advising Service Writers on recommended repairs
· Executing mechanical inspections and checklists on all sales inventory
· Preparing damage or crash estimates
· Test Riding motorcycles
· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
· Move motorcycles around the shop as needed
· Participate in Motorcycle Events/Activities
Basic Qualifications:
· Must have own tools
· At least 3-5 years of dealership experience working on motorcycles and/or ATVs and SxS.
· Valid motorcycle endorsement (Candidates will be required to submit to a motor vehicle records check)
Preferred Qualifications:
· Technician Certification from an accredited school such as MMI, UTI, WyoTech, etc.
· LOVE everything powersports
· MUST have strong attention to detail
· Maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic

Compensation: $25 to $30+ per hour, depending on experience
