Responsibilities:

Our Motorsports Porter team's responsibilities include washing new and used motorcycles, SXS, and ATVs for sales and service departments. This position includes small amounts of safe, heavy lifting as well. Porters must be able to drive company vehicles. Duties include maintaining a clean and organized dealership lot and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Porter's are constantly transporting motorcycles in and out of the shop, as well as running general errands and driving forklifts.

The approximate pay range for this position is $16.00-$18.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position.

Requirements

Qualifications:

All candidates must have a valid, unrestricted car AND motorcycle driver's license. All employees must have an insurable driving record and a valid driver's license. Candidates must interact professionally with customers and staff. They must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be capable of safely driving company vehicles while towing a trailer. Candidates must be capable of working and standing on their feet for extended periods of time. Clawson Motorsports is open Tuesday-Saturday, therefore candidates must have a flexible schedule including Saturday. Having motorcycle dealership service experience is a plus. We are looking for a team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. They must have a professional appearance, work ethic, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
