Hours: 1st Shift, Days will vary | No Supervisory Responsibilities | No Travel | Pay commensurate with experience

PRN, day shift position in the Mountain Hearts Facility.

JOB SUMMARY:

Provides support for Mountain Hearts Facility.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

License/Certifications:  Current CPR.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for opening and closing the facility.

2. Greets customers/members/team members in a customer friendly approach.      

3. Answers telephone, transfers calls as necessary and takes accurate messages. Checks messages on answering machine and responds appropriately.

4. Enrolls new members and teaches them how to use the equipment correctly.       

5. Confirms eligibility with insurance companies when needed.                   

6. Receives member payments.

7. Prepares, delivers and collects mail to and from the Hospital. 

8. Signs in members, team members and visitors entering the facility and logs temperatures.                            

9. Responds to inquiries regarding membership in a timely manner.

10.Monitors the pool for cleanliness, chemicals, levels and member safety.

11.Clean the facility as needed.

12.Completes and send work orders and occurrence reports when needed.

13.Monitors members to make sure they are okay and do not need any help on how to use the equipment.

14.Rounding every hour through facility to ensure all facility, gym and pool rules are being obeyed.

15.Efficiently uses Microsoft word and excel.

16.Abides by policies and procedures of AMH.

17.Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be willing to receive all required vaccinations (i.e., flu shot, etc.). All new employees working must be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment (unless the new hire has requested and received an exemption). After receiving an offer of employment, new employees must provide proof of vaccination or request and receive an exemption before beginning work.
