We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for managing shift operations within the restaurant, including supervising staff, overseeing guest service, and ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a supervisory role, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to ensuring that the restaurant is a positive and welcoming environment for all.

Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of employees in carrying out their assigned duties.
• Ensure employees produce correct and quality products.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by enforcing health, safety, and sanitation policies. (Serve Safe Preferred but not required)
• Train employees to develop their skills.
• Provide good customer service to employees and guests.
• Plan shift needs to and prep to ensure enough products are available to meet our customer needs.
• Operate and maintain all equipment, fixtures, and furnishings in the establishment in accordance with federal, state, and local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.  Manage all restaurant operations including food preparation, service, and clean-up.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.

Supervisor Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree are often viewed as more competitive.
• Experience as a supervisor or in a leadership role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be flexible in a high-stress or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft and/or Google Suite applications.
• Self-motivated, does not need to be micro-managed.
• Hands-on (able to handle all basic restaurant tasks like cooking, cashiering, cleaning).
• Knowledge of Inventory and Labor Control.
• Knowledge of POS functions.
• Able to work up to 8–10-hour shifts.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
