Position Summary: The Regional Agency Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the business in the assigned Region. He/she will be tasked with maintaining our current agency base, increasing market share from our current agents and adding new agents throughout the region.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the day-to-day management for regional personnel which may include Agency Representatives and Agency Administrator as well as maintaining a partnership with the Regional Underwriting Counsel.
Directly responsible for protecting the integrity of the company by strictly monitoring existing agents and properly investigating prospective agents.
Must maintain appropriate membership in local organizations and attend conferences and other functions as a representative of our company.
Responsible for the Profit & Loss management of the region to include increasing revenue, managing expenses and growing profit.
Will create, implement, and manage marketing programs aimed at increasing market-share in the region.
Insure proper support of our agents and their Realtor and Lender outreach programs and continuing education efforts.

3 -5 years experience in Title industry role
REASONING ABILITY

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
