Summary Of Responsibilities

• Coach and develop people with relentlessly high standards to achieve our goals in sales, costs control, employee retention, happy fans, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation..

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
• Create a mouthwatering experience for our fans.
• Learn to be a pie artist.
• Surround yourself with driven people that love high operational standards and thrive in exciting restaurant environments.
• Keep accurate, honest books.
• Hire slowly, Terminate Quickly
• Always be a player coach.
• Write schedules, do food orders, count ending inventory, you know, the fun stuff!
• Communicate with Dream Operations Director about ongoing equipment and maintenance issues.
• Receive and log all invoices
• Run tight labor
• Work in tandem with Dream Operations Director and Dream Team Members
• Inspire your staff.
• Earn those 100 % health department scores..
• Keep up with community engagement and internal programs I.E. Pie Gives Day

Qualifications

• Be an exceptional teacher
• 21 years of age
• Be able to maintain reliable transportation.
• Servsafe (or equivalent) certified
• TIPS Certified
• Be people, planet and profit driven
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to navigate a cash register or POS system.
• Be healthy, able to stand on your feet and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work 40-50 hours per week.

Work schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
