Move Support Supervisor

Role Overview

At Big League Movers, we are structured for scale, specializing in different service lines and backed by a cross-functional operations model. Our Service Team leads the front lines of customer experience across residential, commercial, and specialty moving.

As the Move Support Supervisor, you lead from the office, not the truck, and manage the move-support lane, which handles:

Packers and pack-out crew leadership

Packing and restoration materials, including box inventory and ordering

Van fleet readiness, assignment coordination, and condition tracking

Home Stretch Transition Services field execution, including packing, unpacking, setup, assembly, installation, move-completion, and transition-support work

You are responsible for developing a dependable support team, maintaining system standards, improving service flow, and responding to issues with urgency and structure. You collaborate daily with the Residential Supervisor, Specialty Moving Supervisor, and Logistics Supervisor to ensure every shift is properly staffed, coached, and held accountable.
