Move-In Coordination: Facilitates the logistics of moving in, including scheduling, communicating with families, and ensuring all resident needs are met before and after move-in.
Sales Support: Converts inquiries and tours into deposits and signed agreements, working closely with the sales/marketing Director to achieve occupancy goals.
Administration: Completes, reviews, and maintains required move-in documentation, including leases, health assessments, and compliance paperwork.
Unit Preparation: Ensures vacant apartments are "rent-ready," clean, and meet community standards for new residents.
Family Liaison: Acts as the primary point of contact for new residents and their families, addressing questions and reducing anxiety about the transition.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: Generally 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and a supportive, empathetic presence.
