Job Description - Movers Needed for Senior Relocations

$18 – $27 per hour + Tips
Full-time & Part-time positions available

At Caring Transitions, we do more than just lift boxes — we help seniors and their families through life’s big transitions. Whether we’re helping someone downsize, move into a new home, or lovingly clear out a lifelong estate, our work is deeply personal, respectful, and rewarding.
We’re currently looking for movers and drivers who are dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team that treats every job like it’s family.

What You'll Be Doing:

Safely and respectfully move client belongings — everything from furniture to fragile keepsakes
Work on a team to organize, pack, load/unload, and set up belongings in a new home
Provide caring, courteous service to seniors and their families during emotional transitions
For drivers: operate a 16-foot box truck and conduct daily vehicle inspections

Requirements:

Age 18+
Able to lift and carry 80 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift, including up/down stairs
Comfortable being on your feet, walking, and bending for long periods
Compassionate, professional, and respectful demeanor

Preferred:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable driving a 16-foot box truck

Schedule:

Weekdays (Day Shifts)
Flexible hours – perfect for students, part-timers, or parents!
