Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage moving crews during all phases of local and long-distance moves.


• Ensure proper packing, loading, unloading, and handling of household and commercial goods.


• Conduct walk-throughs and communicate clearly with clients to manage expectations.


• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with DOT and safety standards.


• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the moving industry (as a driver or crew leader).


• Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year motor vehicle record (no suspensions).


• Strong understanding of industry standards, including cubic feet measurement and inventory control.


• Leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate a team.


• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.


• Drug-Free Workplace – Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
