Mow Crew Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the mowing and maintenance of Engledow clients' properties. This includes working with a team to complete the necessary tasks. Position includes but is not limited to: mowing, watering, weeding, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, snow removal and trash removal.  Engledow Group standardized levels of quality and safety are to be met at each client location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mow and maintain properties at Engledow level of quality

• Understand the needs of each respective client

• Lead crew members through positive examples of work quality and efficiency

• Train new crew members

• Oversee equipment to maximize life and minimize repairs

• Lead tailgate safety meetings and enforce all Engledow safety procedures

• Be creative in accomplishing the work quickly and accurately

• Complete all necessary paperwork for billing and time sheets

• Communicate with Account Manager regarding issues at properties

• Maintain Engledows ethical and safety standards at all times

Must have a valid drivers license.

Must be able to adhere to a drug and background screen.
