Job Summary

Greenlife Gardens is seeking a Mow Crew Team Member to support daily lawn care and grounds maintenance operations while delivering high-quality service safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens’ standards. This is a hands-on position focused on mowing, trimming, and maintaining properties while contributing to a professional and productive jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn care services including mowing, edging, and trimming


• Follow daily work plans and direction provided by the Mow Crew Foreman


• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and properly, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers


• Assist with seasonal services including spring and fall cleanups


• Work efficiently to help routes stay on schedule and within budgeted labor hours


• Participate in snow removal operations during winter months when scheduled (shoveling, plowing, salting as needed)


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite


• Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment


• Support other crew members as needed to complete daily service objectives


• Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients and coworkers

Qualifications

• 1-Year commercial mowing experience required 


• Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)


• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team


• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn


• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions


• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday


• Ability to safely operate (or willingness to learn) mowers, trimmers, and blowers


• Must be able to clearly communicate in English


• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required


• Previous mowing, lawn care, or grounds maintenance experience preferred but not required
