Serve as a primary technical interface for customer quality topics, coordinating timely containment, effective investigations, and clear communication. Translate customer feedback into sustainable manufacturing improvements across the plant.
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience; substantial automotive manufacturing quality experience preferred; strong customer-facing communication, 8D/root-cause analysis, Core Tools, and IATF 16949 knowledge.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $107,100- $ 133,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
