MRI Technologist - Full-Time | Panama City, FL

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
On-Call: As needed | Call-Back Pay: 2-hour minimum at time and a half

Hourly Pay Range:

• $29.89/hr (2 years' experience)

• $39.76/hr (17+ years' experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Relocation Assistance: Available if eligible

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented, experienced MRI Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. In this role, you'll operate MRI equipment and produce diagnostic-quality images for the detection of pathology. You'll also organize and process images in PACS while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and accuracy during exams. This is a great opportunity for an MRI Technologist with strong anatomical knowledge and ARRT credentials to work in a well-supported, modern radiology department.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures following established protocols and physician orders

• Ensure safe use of MRI equipment, following all safety protocols for patients and staff

• Produce high-quality diagnostic images with attention to cross-sectional anatomy and MRI concepts

• Review patient history and clarify clinical information with providers

• Input data and maintain accurate documentation in PACS and EMR

• Provide exceptional patient care and communication throughout imaging process

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of MRI suite and equipment

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology

• 1+ year of MRI technologist experience required (3+ years preferred)

• ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) certifications required

• Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist license required

• BLS certification required
