MRO Storeroom Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily storeroom operations including receiving, issuing, storing, and inventorying of materials and parts.
• Oversee inventory control and accuracy through scheduled cycle counts and regular audits. Manage warranty processes, including tracking, documentation, and resolution. Ensure storeroom operations comply with fiduciary and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Facilities/Maintenance, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure proper stocking levels and timely replenishment; manage and optimize the use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for parts tracking and requisition.  Tracks, trends, and drives improvement via inventory management metrics.
• Drives cost savings through identifying alternative suppliers, leveraging spend and negotiation.
• Leads and supports the Storeroom Coordinator, providing regular performance feedback and guidance. Manages the storeroom inventory program, including training, coaching, and auditing facilities/maintenance and production team members to ensure consistent adherence to established practices.
• Ensure storeroom cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
• Support capital projects and maintenance shutdowns by ensuring timely availability of required materials, and evaluating parts to support new assets.
