MS Dynamics 365 - Functional Consultant

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with 1–2 years of overall experience. The candidate will assist in gathering requirements, supporting functional configurations, and helping deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and functional analysis.
  

• Support the configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
  

• Collaborate with senior functional and technical consultants during project delivery.
  

• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
  

• Assist in preparing functional documentation, training materials, and reports.
  

• Learn and apply best practices in Dynamics 365 implementations.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or other modules).
  

• Basic understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Projects, Supply Chain, etc.).
  

• Exposure to functional configuration and user support in Dynamics 365.
  

• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  

• Willingness to learn and grow in Dynamics 365 functional consulting.
  

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Finance, Supply Chain, Project Operations, or related) – a plus.
  

• Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  

• Knowledge of data migration and testing processes.
