Previous experience in high-level administrative position

Manage & maintain software database for company using JobBoss database management systems
Manage billing and follow-up with customers
Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods for the shop
Manage material in the shop and purchase materials as needed
Write, quote, and purchase job-related orders for the facility
Purchase office supplies and tooling for the Dept.
Apply materials to the proper jobs and accurately track jobs upon completion
Schedule Shipping for all completed jobs to respective customers in a timely manner (domestic and international)
Maintain and update all forms needed for the shop to operate daily
Consult MSS Manager at end of each fiscal year to do final cost on all unquoted jobs
Schedule and ship machine parts for repairs, as needed
Make travel arrangements for shop as needed for Field Service Work
Keep track of uniform billings for the MSS Dept.
Manage and monitor building operating systems for temperature control settings (heating/air system)
Oversee camera & security system for the facility
Perform daily walkthroughs of the facility
Coordinate cleaning services for the facility – floors, pressure washing, and painting
Manage janitorial services
Maintain dock doors and roof inspections for the facility
Manage monthly fire extinguisher and annual inspection programs
Maintain sprinkler systems and inspections
Maintain all parking lot maintenance and inspections
Manage facility lawn care contracts
Track and maintain reports for audit purposes
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Submit payments to Corporate AP as needed
Maintain monthly financial budget statements and reports
Develop monthly reports
