Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in mental health counseling, including individual group counseling and case management.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, diagnostic evaluation processes, and group therapy dynamics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards in social work practice.
