MSW/BSW Case Manager

This position is located at Deaconess Midtown or Gateway campus. 

Position Requirements:

BSW Case Manager

• Graduate of a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW).


• Recommended to continue education with obtaining Masters in Social Work (MSW) - Deaconess will assist in continued education through tuition reimbursement program.


• Experience in health care, crisis intervention, counseling and/or social agency preferred. This can include internships or other employment. 

MSW Case Manager

• Graduate of a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education with a Masters of Social Work (MSW).


• Experience in health care, crisis intervention, counseling and/or social agency preferred. This can include internships or other employment. 

Shifts: M-F, rotating weekends/holidays, two shifts/week, ED; 8:00am-5:30pm; 4 days a week

Hours: 32 per week
